Sugar comes back

Miditating Sugar
She has grown. But Sugar got her fur dirty. WHY!?

It was a nice day, yesterday.
So Bmam was cleaning windows of her living room.

Then, Sugar turned up in the garden.
Bmam called "Sugarsugar, come over here.".
And Bmam gave her some food.


Yummy! Sugar loves dried sardines.


Sugar was waiting for some milk.
Sugar hates to be taken a picture.

Sugar seemed to have enough
and watched something in the garden.
Then, Sugar started chasing something.
That was a bird.


Chasing a bird.

Bmam shouted
"No, no. Sugar, you shouldn't do that.
Birds are important guests for Bmam."

Soon, Sugar changed her mind
and climbed on the roof.
Sugar was relaxed there for a while.

Matured she is!


Watching what Bmam is doing.

Cute and tiny Sugar has gone
and has come back as an adult femail cat.

And the cleaning was over.


Almost purged, right?

Bmam has to go.

In the yearend time, you are too busy and get tired.
Bmam has been very tired from hard work, too.

Bmam is telling about some cooks that give you energy.

Bmam went to a Korean restaurant.

Beef always fuels Bmam instantly.
Then Bmam was ready to work again.

Bmam also loves shark's fin on the top of lamian,
Chinese noodles in soup.



Bmam usually goes to Saika Chinese Restaurant
in Meitou-ku.
It serves dishes made from organic ingredients.
Very healthy!

Bmam often cooks Chinese dishes.
These are indispensable to Bmam to cook.

By the way, Sugar has not come near to Bmam lately.
Sugar gets into Bmam garden and passes by in a minute.
Suppose because mating season has come
and Sugar fears male cats.

By the way,
Bmam visited TCMIT
（Toyota Commemorative Museum of Industry and Technology)
the day before yesterday.
That is located near Meitetsu Sako Station.


It was a bit cold and cloudy.
Bmam worried if it would rain.
So Bmam was in a heavy coat.

Bmam took a local train for Inuyama.
Bmam heard an announcement saying
" Sakoh, next stop is Sakoh."
She got off in a hurry.

But it was not Sako but Sanno.
Bman got off at a wrong station
because she was not familiar with taking Meitetsu train.

On the platform of Sanno,
Bmam saw many trains were coming
but they didn't stop at.



Finally, Bmam got to the museum.
It was beautiful buildings made of bricks.



There, Bmam met her friends,
and toured the museum together with.

Bmam learned a lot about Toyoda Sakichi
and his descendant.
Sakichi was a genius with full of ingenuity.
He invented many looms(織機）
in order to produce clothes more efficiently.



His energy and talent of ingenuity
have been handed down to
his sons, nephews and grandsons,
Toyoda Kiichiro, Eiji, Shoichiro and so on.

Bmam saw a nice emblem at the Automobile site.



After having a cup of coffee in the museum,
Bmam walked to Nagoya Station with the friends
and took a picture of the Christmas illumination.



It was a nice outing.

Hello! It's a beautiful day, isn't it?
So Bmam is very busy for housekeeping.

But, but Bmam cannot stop writing today.

Bmam cooked blueberry jam　this morning.
Because the jam was running out.

Blueberry is good for eyes,
so Bmam regularly makes the jam or sauce for cakes or yugurt.

How to make jams?

Well,, wash blueberries well and dry.
Then put them in a pan.

Pour granulated sugar on them
and wait for some minutes until their juice is coming out.

Then add some sugarcane sugar
(that contains minerals) from Okinawa.

Now you can start cooking.
Don't have the blueberry burned with strong fire,
but simmering.

When the blueberries get soft enough
and have a lot of juice,
put some drops of lemon juice.
Almost jam is made.

But, it is not finished yet.

You have to preserve the jam.

Put it in a jar and cap on the jar not tightly but slightly.
Steam the jar for 20 minutes to pasteurize.
Tighten the cap.

Now it can be preserved for some months.

Bmam has not seen you for a while.

Bmam visited Tanzania Day held in Nagoya.

Do you know about Tanzania?
Tanzania is located in Eastern part of African continent.
And it shares the border with Kenya.
Mt. Kilimanjaro in Tanzania is popular.

What kind of images do you have about African countries, there?
Bmam has the image; a lot of wild animal, deserts, spacy plains and jungle covered with greens.

Tanzania is exactly what Bmam images.
There are many national parks, such as Serengeti National Park, a reserve for wild animals.


At the festival, Bmam saw very bright pictures called "Tingatinga"

Bmam talked with an Tingatinga artist.
He painted many flowers and wild animals.
Bmam asked him about the flower's name in a picture.
He answered, "it's a flower, African flower."
What!?

Later, Bmam found that in Tanzania flowers don't have special names.
Because they are not useful.
While, animals have names.
Because they are edible, useful for living.

Bmam enjoys Tanzanian tea and coffee.

It is a beautiful day, a bit cold though.

Bman finally could take a picture of a Hapase white-eye.




This bird usually visits Bmam garden in pairs from late Autum to early Spring.
But it is difficult to take good pictures by a celphone camera.
They visit the garden to eat flowers or nectar of a sasanqua(camellia).
